Need to make changes to your plan?
Certainly! As long as you provide us with a 30 day advance notice, you can modify your plan, adding or removing services.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel our services at anytime with 30 days notice. However, we strive to collaborate closely with you to address any unforeseen circumstances.
How is billing handled?
We process invoices monthly, at the beginning of each month. We request a 50% initial monthly payment upfront, followed by the remaining 50% due upon confirmation of signing the contract.
What if I don’t understand the reports?
Our reports are tailor-made and approved in advance. If you require any changes or assistance in reading them, we are always willing to schedule a call.
How can I request an invoice?
We will automatically send out an invoice upon signing and at the beginning of each month. If you require duplicates, simply reach out to our team for assistance.
